Shipping
Currently only shipping within the UK with three available options:
- FREE LOCAL PICK-UP option for EH postcodes. We’re located in Leith so if you’d like to collect them directly from us and save the shipping cost, we’ll be very happy to arrange a time that suits.
- TRACKED 24 – £4.45.
- TRACKED 48 – £3.35.
All our products are packed using sustainable materials using no plastic at all.
Returns
Hope you like your KANDELAK. candles but if there’s anything you’re not fully happy with, please get in touch with us and we’ll try our best to find a solution.
If after getting in touch, we agree on the return, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. The returned product must be in the same condition that you receive it and not damaged in any way.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.
Returns will only be accepted within 30 calendar days of your purchase.
